China Plans to Invest in Low-carbon Industries

On Aug. 23rd, Economic Information News reported that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Transportation, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) will take the lead in developing a plan for low-carbon industry investment in key strategic projects.
