CAC released Security Assessment Measures for Cross-Border Data Transfer

On July 7th, CAC released the finalized Security Assessment Measures for Cross Border Data Transfer, effective September 1st, 2022 with a grace period of 6 months. Compared to the draft released in October 2021, the finalized version has few changes, especially to the much-debated numerical thresholds.
