State Council Announces Incentive Measures for Local Governments with Prominent Achievements

On May 3, the General Office of the State Council made an Announcement of Incentive Measures for Places with Prominent Achievements, to recognize and further encourage local governments that have either met or exceeded central government policy implementation requirements.
