NINIS Publishes 2013 Q1 Report on China Mobile's Internet App Security

 

The National Institute of Network Information Security (NINIS), a research institute established in 2010 under China's National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team (CNCERT) and located at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Telecom Assurance, recently published a report entitled "2013 Q1 Report on China Mobile Internet App Security Examination & Analysis".

 

The report provides the latest statistics and in-depth analysis of app store and app security. NINIS randomly tested 173,586 apps and found that 2,221 (1.3%) were infected with malicious code. For a copy of the report, please click on the following link.
