MIIT Released Administrative Regulations on Coordination of Interference between 5G Mobile Communication Base Stations and Other Radio Stations at Frequency Band 3000-5000MHz (Draft for Comments)

On Jun. 15th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released Administrative Regulations on Coordination of Interference between 5G Mobile Communication Base Stations and Other Radio Stations at Frequency Band 3000-5000MHz (Draft for Comments) with a deadline of July 15 for providing input. With the release of Radio Frequency Allocation Regulations earlier this year, confirming the key frequencies dedicated to 5G, this draft Administrative Regulation aims to address the problem of electromagnetic compatibility between 5G base stations and other radio stations at frequency band 3000-5000MHz.
