Draft Export Control Law Adjusts Dual Use Item List

On June 16, MOFCOM released the Export Control Law (Draft for Comment) with a deadline for submission July 15. The scope of the law includes the export control of dual use items, military products, nuclear and other goods, technology, and services related to national security. The law is broken down into 3 main parts, control policies and list, licensing management, and enforcement and supervision. The draft law also includes legal liabilities and supplementary provisions in sections 5 and 6, respectively.
