CNCA Announces 1st Batch of Products for Low-Carbon Product Certification

On Aug 16th, China's National Certification Administration (CNCA) finally announced the first batch of products for inclusion in the Low-Carbon Product Certification Catalogue. 

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and CNCA first announced the low-carbon product certification catalog initiative back in March, with joint publication of the Notice Regarding the Interim Administrative Measures for Low-carbon Product Certification. 

Subsequently, in May, NDRC and CNCA's joint technical committee worked together to draw up the first batch of products for inclusion in the catalog. No further information is available on the next scheduled announcement for the second batch of products for inclusion in the catalogue.
