Cecilia Cui

Policy associate

Cecilia Cui joined USITO in 2018. As policy associate, she focuses on the Performed research on information technology issues (including cybersecurity, cloud computing, Internet content, telecommunications, and standards) affecting U.S. companies operating in China. She holds a B.S degree in Energy Business and Finance from The Penn State University. And she also has working and studying experiences in both China and the U.S.

Her portfolio includes WTO compliance, emerging technologies (Blockchain & AI), OPEC long-term and short-term strategies.
